Positive: Location excellent, well equipped with washing machine, coffee maker etc. the character is lovely and the renovations well done. Francoise was so helpful with meeting us at the station and showing us into the property.
Negative: It's hard to get large baggage up the narrow stairs

Positive: Very much enjoyed staying in this historic building in a delightful street in Beaune. It was close to all amenities, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., and was quiet at night.
Negative: The upper set of circular stairs made carrying luggage a challenge, but the opportunity to stay in a building like this made it worth the effort.

Positive: The host actually met us at the train station when we came in and took us to the property, it was really convenient. The property itself was perfect for a family with one child and well equipped with things like salt and oil for cooking with groceries we bought. The clothes washer with detergent was also a great addition! The place was well-stocked with info on things to do in the area and very easily accessible to all of the historic center of Beaune. We forgot our phone charger when we checked out and the owner kindly messaged us to see if she could give it back.
Negative: It would be very nice to have two house keys so each adult could have one.

Negative: Stairs going up to top attic apartment did not have a banister and they were steep spiraling. I was not able to carry my medium size luggage up to the apartment. There was also no bath mat and when showering the water went out to the floor. Bath towels were very scratchy and smelled slightly moldy.
